HubSpot Onboarding FAQs
HubSpot has an incredible app marketplace full of pre-built integrations that you can connect and use anytime. If you are looking to integrate with a HubSpot Certified App, we can provide in-session guidance to connect the app and then advise on how best to manage the data once it's in HubSpot.
We do not include any configuration or customisation of the integration. We do not work within any 3rd party software or platforms. You are responsible for the integration.
Please be sure to check the details of the integration you want before you purchase your HubSpot account.
During your onboarding we will complete a data assessment which includes a review of your data, guidance on how to format your import sheet columns, training on how to import your Contact, Company, or Deals to your HubSpot account. Any manipulation or editing of your data is not included and must be completed by you.
If you need Angelfish to execute your full data upload or you need a full migration from your existing CRM system, we can provide a quotation to support you with this. This is an add-on to your onboarding and is not something that is included as standard in any of our onboarding packages. Please provide an example data set or let us know what system you want to migrate from and we can provide costs, feasibility and timings.
Our Onboardings include training, consultation and configuration of your portal.
Configuration will only be carried out during the session. The following is excluded from these sessions: Configuration of tools; Calls, Target Accounts, Ads, Website Pages. Integrations. Config of any 3rd party platforms. Development or coding. Graphic design or copywriting.
In most cases, it is completed in-session, or in a state that can be confidently completed by the customer. Any configuration outside of these sessions would have to be scoped and quoted for. Determination of what configuration is outside of the scope of the session is at your consultant's discretion.
You have email support with Angelfish until 7 days after your final session.
Once your onboarding is completed, you can purchase further training, consultation or configuration to suit your needs. Pricing for these options are available on request from your onboarding consultant.
If you are on HubSpot Professional or above, you will have access to the Customer Success team at HubSpot. You can book in regular sessions with them to review your portal.
You will also have access to HubSpot's 24/7 Live Chat where you can get support with anything you're working on. They can review in real-time and troubleshoot with you.
